Customer Information Privacy & Security Policy
NoPork.com collects customer information in an effort to improve our customers shopping experience. NoPork.com recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly.
We may use customer information for our own marketing and promotional purposes, such as letting you know of hot deals or new features. All emails will include a way to opt out of future notifications. We do not sell customer information to any outside company or third party and have no plans to at this time.
If at any time you would like us to delete your account, feel free to e-mail us your name, nopork username and nopork password.

Return/Exchange policy.
Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the Buyer from NOPORK.com in advance and must be made within (10) days of receiving the product. Only the original Buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only within 30 days.
Please use sufficient box and packing material, such as bubble wrap (no newspaper), so the item arrives undamaged. Insufficient packaging may void your refund. If mailing your item by US Mail, please protect yourself and buy a delivery confirmation for 45 cents. You might also consider adding $50 of insurance for an extra $1.10. Things can and do get lost by US Mail!
Fitment on all motorcycle parts is the sole responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the part you are purchasing is the correct part that will fit on your bike with the accessories you already have.
For items with specific year/make/model requirements, if you don't see your bike listed, it won't fit.
Ebay Returns/Exchange:
No returns on ebay purchased item.

- If the return is Not due to our error, original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund to compensate us for the cost of shippping/handling. Plus, you must pay the shipping costs to return the item to us.
- Shipping cost is refunded if the return is a result of our error.
- Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Partial refunds may be paid by company check drawn from a U.S. bank.
- We will process your refund within 30 business days of our receiving your return.

- If your exchange is Not due to our error, an additional shipping charge will apply to compensate us for the cost of shippping/handling. We'll contact you for a preferred payment method.
- You may choose to speed up the exchange process by placing a new order with the correct item and your order will be shipped immediately. In the meantime, ship the product to be exchanged back to us for processing.

| Please email us first to obtain an RMA authorization number. That must be included with your return or it will not be accepted.

| Special order items are non-returnable, but will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

| Electrical component are not normally accepted for returns and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

| It is your responsiblity to validate refund amounts on your statment within 30 days, any incorrect refund amount/core refund request after 90 days will be refused.

Shipping Policy
NoPork.com ships orders Monday through Friday most weeks. No orders are shipped Saturday, Sunday or Holidays due to limited hours of operation for the United States Post Office.
We usually process orders and ship them the next business day after receiving payment, but this is not guaranteed due to carrier considerations, inventory levels, and peak period activity.
All Canada orders will be shipped vis the United States Postal Service. We don't use UPS for anything.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation must be done prior to shipping. In order to cancel an order you must receive a cancellation number via telephone. Email cancellations may or may not be accepted and is dependant on us reading your email in time to cancel the shipment. Orders returned are only accepted with an RMA number. We are not responsible for shipping expenses on cancelled orders unless you have a cancellation number.

PARTS INSTALLATION/FITMENT POLICY:
Motorcycles can be dangerous. NOPORK.com has no control over the use of any part. NOPORK.com is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of nature. Buyer understands that some parts may need modifications for correct fitment, removal of factory lights/body work etc. We recommend you have a skilled technician install the parts purchased. Not all shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. NOPORK.com, therefore, expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of any part.

Canada and International Shipping policy:
NOPORK does ship to Canada.
NOPORK shall never assume any responsibility for lost packages on any international or Canadian orders. Buyer assumes full responsibility for any and all items shipped outside the USA and agrees to all terms and policies by placing an order.
